Basement bare bones home theater

This is what I would imagine a minimum security prison home theater would look like. This is in my friends basement. Such a nice set just sitting there alone against the wall. I think for next Xmas I'll give him a movie poster for the wall

Curved Seats

Quick n dirty pictures of two of our curved sets.  Most people don't know that the center consoles actually open up to storage, so you will always know where your remote (or 100s of remotes) are.  The ottoman also has storage.

This is a little blurry picture of the brown one, but you get the jist of the idea, these seats aren't hooked together, they are just sitting next to each other.  I'll try and show you a picture of hooks when I get back to work.

Home Theater Furniture

Here's a customer measuring for his house (he ended up buying two floor models from us) and it looks like he's trying to figure out what I'm doing.  If you are in Chicago and have the time, please come check out the models for yourself.  We are located at 794 Golf Ln, Bensenville, IL and we are open on the weekends.

Home Theater Seating

Here are some of the pictures of the home theater seating in our warehouse.  We stock from 200 to 400 different types of furniture in our 120,000 square foot warehouse at a time.  Below are mixed leather lots or photo models or returns.  This gives me an opportunity to take a few pictures that aren't good enough for the website (in a commercial setting) but are really helpful if you are going to buy.  The first picture is just how the side of the chair looks without another chair next to it.

I flipped our 8326 model on it's back and took a picture inside of the seat.  Notice how the entire inside is covered with fabric.  I pulled out a competitor's chair and there was exposed wood (and cheap wood at that).  We were too proud of our seats to ship a product like that out.

This is one of our curved rows.  Those two arms in the middle have storage behind the cup holders.

Annnnnd a row of 3 sitting on top of a few pallets.

If you want more pictures, please email me or post here.  I love doing it.  If you are in chicago, come see our chicago furniture blog (where I took these pictures).

Nice Chuck e Cheese theater

I'm sitting at Chuck E Cheese with my kids and looking around, seriously they dumped in a good amount of cash into their location for their theater.  Not to mention they have an animatronic mouse.  I would suspect that I'd get sick of the mouse after about 20 minutes but never the less, their theater is pretty cool.  As always, adding some nice home theater seats there would seriously be awesome because I could sit back while the kids play games.

The above picture is with the mouse covered and the TV off.

Full blown craziness!

Cleaning up our page

I'm spending a large part of the day cleaning up our webpage so it is easier to use.  Some of the problems that I hae had on the site is that I had people updating it who either wanted to copy and paste or didn't want to make it easy to use.  So, today I'm stripping out a lot of the content that isn't useful for people when they go to the page.  I figure I would just want to buy my darn home theater seating and by on with my life if I were shopping for them.  Come to think of it, I wish my ceilings were taller in my basement.

Going to go rent Super Troopers tonight

This has been the busiest holiday season of my life.  I had a work party, a business networking party, my parents came over two times, my wife's parents came over once and we went to see Santa with our two little kids three times.  It's time to take a rest.  About two years ago we installed a home theater in our house and I jump at every chance that I can to use it.

So tonight my wife's parents graciously accepted to watch our kids (3 and 5 year olds) for the night and they are going to have a sleep over.  This will give us enough time to go downtown and grab some sushi and then come home and watch a movie (Japonais has great spicy tuna rolls and they are inexpensive compared to the rest of the menu).  My choice for moves is Super Troopers which should allow me to laugh a little and relax in our home theater seating.  Now it's time to gear up for New Years.
